​Rich grew up in Alexandria Indiana. After graduating high school, he pursued a career
in the tool & die industry and has worked at Magna Machine & Tool since 1993. Married his wife Karen in 1989 and moved to New Castle soon afterwards where they raised two daughters, Tricia Koger (husband Chase) & Becca Lee (husband Zach). He also has five grandchildren.

Rich and Karen started attending Cadiz in 2020 and immediately felt at home. They
have a love for worship and Cadiz has a great worship atmosphere. Rich and Karen
have both been involved in Young Life and Bible Study Fellowship.
Rich enjoys all things outdoors and traveling with his wife and friends.

His favorite bible verse is Mathew 28, 19 -20: “Therefore go and make disciples of all
nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
