Darick Toffelmire
Children's Minister

Darick is the Children’s Minister at Cadiz Christian Church. He grew up in Leo, Indiana and was a soccer player at Leo High School. During high school he interned under his youth minister. It was during this internship Darick began to feel called into ministry. He attended Grace College to learn more about ministry and earned a Biblical Studies Major in 2019! It is at Grace College where Darick met his wife Ryan and his partner in ministry at CCC, Spencer Roberts. During college he worked at Camp Crosley YMCA where he gained valuable experience in youth ministry. After graduation and his last summer at Camp Crosley, Ryan and Darick moved to Greenfield, Indiana. In the fall of 2019 they started attending CCC. In 2020 Darick got involved in the Children’s Ministry here at church. In 2021 he did an internship with Spencer to gain experience in ministry. In 2022 Darick was hired on a part-time basis to lead the children’s ministry.  He now tries to wrangle all kids from Birth to 5th Grade full-time and loves every second of it! Darick’s favorite area to work with the kids is in Code RED where they are able to go deep in conversations, but also be silly, and go on fun trips. In his off time, Darick loves to play disc golf, participate in most sports, play board games, and enjoy time with friends and family.
